Kids Focus offers auto-renewing subscriptions that provide access to premium features and content. The following subscription options are available:

• Monthly Subscription - Title: "Kids Focus Monthly Subscription" - Length: 1 month - Price: $2.99 per month - Auto-renews monthly

• Yearly Subscription - Title: "Kids Focus Yearly Subscription" - Length: 1 year - Price: $29.99 per year - Auto-renews yearly

Payment and Auto-Renewal: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings in the App Store after purchase.

Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time. Any unused portion of the subscription period will be forfeited upon cancellation. Refunds may be available in accordance with Apple's refund policies.

Free Trials: If a free trial is offered, any unused portion will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription to that publication.

4. User Responsibilities

• Account Responsibility: You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your use of Kids Focus. If parental or guardian supervision is required, ensure appropriate monitoring.

• Device Security: You are responsible for the security of the device on which the app is installed. Kids Focus is not liable for unauthorized access to your device or data.
